Descripción
For maximum recovery please spin prior to use. Unless noted below, aliquots of the 5 μg, 10 μg and 20 μg sizes of kinase are not recommended as materials can be used in original packaging until exhausted. For larger sizes, the number of freeze/thaws may be reduced by preparing aliquots, aliquots below 20 μL are not recommended. Please never store a kinase diluted. If properly stored at -80C, this product is guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase. Recombinant full-length human STK39 (STLK3) was expressed using baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal His tag. , Validated in LanthaScreen™ Kinase Binding Assay, Protocols available for simple use and optimized performance, Multiple pack sizes available for convenient use Protein Form: Recombinant The gene accession number for STK39 (STLK3) is NP_037365.2.
STK39 (STLK3) is involved in the cellular stress response pathway. STK39 is activated in response to hypotonic stress leading to phosphorylation of several cation-chloride-coupled co-transporters. STK39 activates the p38 MAP kinase pathway and its interaction with p38 decreases during cellular stress. STK39 acts as an intermediate in the response to cellular stress. STK39 is also an independent risk factor for hypertension in men and its intragenic SNPs can interact and function in the control of blood pressure.Especificaciones
