Invitrogen™ Human NHS (aa 1160-1302) Control Fragment Recombinant Protein
Recombinant Protein
Marca: Invitrogen™ RP92106
Descripción
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (64%), Rat (64%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-56760 (PA5-56760. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
May function in cell morphology by maintaining the integrity of the circumferential actin ring and controlling lamellipod formation. Involved in the regulation eye, tooth, brain and craniofacial development.
