Recombinant Protein

Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (74%), Rat (74%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-53276 (PA5-53276. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

As a component of the benzamidoxime prodrug-converting complex required to reduce N-hydroxylated prodrugs, such as benzamidoxime. Also able to reduce N(omega)-hydroxy-L-arginine (NOHA) and N(omega)-hydroxy-N(delta)-methyl-L-arginine (NHAM) into L-arginine and N(delta)-methyl-L-arginine, respectively.
