Invitrogen™ CDKL5 Recombinant Human Protein
This CDKL5 Recombinant Human Protein (1-498) was expressed in insect cells.
Marca: Invitrogen™ A30493
Detalles adicionales : Peso : 0.10000kg
Descripción
- This CDKL5 recombinant human protein (1-498) was expressed in insect cells
- CDKL5 serine/threonine kinase (STK9) is associated with X-linked infantile spasm syndrome (ISSX), also known as X-linked West syndrome and Rett syndrome (RTT)
- CDKL5 can control nuclear speckle morphology by regulating the phosphorylation state of splicing regulatory proteins
- It may be indirectly involved in pre-mRNA processing by controlling splicing factor dynamics
- The mutations in CDKL5 are major cause of infantile spasms and early epileptic seizures in female patients, and of a later intractable seizure disorder
- CDKL5 recombinant human protein is also available in our SelectScreen™ Kinase Profiling Service
- Validated for use with the Z'-LYTE™ assay
- Available in multiple pack sizes for convenient use
