Descripción
The AXL protein is a receptor tyrosine kinase that transduces signals from the extracellular matrix into the cytoplasm by binding growth factors like vitamin K-dependent protein growth-arrest-specific gene 6, and is involved in the stimulation of cell proliferation.
The purified recombinant protein can be used in a number of different applications, but it has been specifically validated for use with both the LanthaScreen™ and Z'-LYTE™ assay technologies to identify novel kinase inhibitors.
- Validated for use with the LanthaScreen and Z'-LYTE assay technology
- Available in multiple pack sizes for convenient use
