The MA1-7418 antibody reacts with Clostridium difficile toxin B in bacterial and infected tissue samples. MA1-7418 has been successfully used in ELISA applications. The MA1-7418 antibody was raised against Toxin B of Clostridium difficile. Store at 4oC until ready to use.
Clostridium difficile is a species of bacteria of the genus Clostridium which are Gram-positive, anaerobic, spore-forming rods (bacillus). C.difficile is the most significant cause of pseudomembranous colitis, a severe infection of the colon.
