Descripción
CCL19 (mouse) Recombinant Protein, RP-8669, from Invitrogen.
Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-3 beta (MIP-3 beta), also called CCL19, is a chemokine that is expressed in the thymus, lymph nodes and activated bone marrow stromal cells. MIP-3 beta signals through the G protein-coupled receptor, CCR7, to regulate normal lymphocyte recirculation and homing of T and B cells to the lymph nodes. Human MIP-3 beta shows activity on mouse cells. Recombinant mouse RANTES is a non-glycosylated protein, containing 68 amino acids, with a molecular weight of 7.9 kDa. Purity is typically greater than 98% and endotoxin level less than 1 EU/ug. The expected biological activity (ED50) is determined by the ability to chemoattract total primary human T cells and THP-1 cells at 1-10 ng/mL. The specific activity of this protein is 1x10^6 units/mg. Reconstitute using sterile water at 0.1mg/mL and centrifuge prior to opening vial. Gently pipet solution down the sides of the vial. DO NOT VORTEX sample. Store reconstituted material at -20°C and add 0.1% BSA for additional stability. Amino acid sequence: SPYGSDTTPC CFAYLSLALP RAHVKEYFYT SSKCSNLAVV FVTRRNRQVC ANPEKKWVQE YINYLEMS.Especificaciones
