The HM-200 Series Flask/Funnel Heating Mantle has an opening in its base that accommodates a wide variety of flasks and 60° funnels.

Used in chemistry to heat liquids in round bottom flasks. Electrothermal™ CMU Series Controlled Mantle includes a stainless steel grounded earth screen covering the element and is double-fused for added safety.

CMUA Electromantles share all the excellent features of the CMU Electromantle, but with the added functionality of magnetic stirring. For convenience and safety, the electric circuitry for stirring is built into the base of the heater, enabling powerful stirring over a wide range of solution volumes and viscosities using a magnetic stir bar.

The HM series are a range of controlled heating mantles, available in a range of sizes to accomodate round bottom flasks from 50 to 1000 mL, constructed with a robust aluminum casing, making them tough and easy to clean.

Delivers the benefits of the CMU Electromantle, but for very large 60°C funnels, as well as pear-shaped and round bottom flasks. Electrothermal™ CMUV Series Large Volume Controlled Mantle accommodates funnels through bottom opening in the Electromantle base achieved through a “V-shaped” design for the heating mantle.
