Descripción

Xanthone is used predominantly as oxygenated polycyclic aromatic compounds, and as a vasorelaxant. It can be used as a fluorescent agent, as well as an intermediate in organic synthesis and chemical research.

Aplicaciones
La xantona se utiliza predominantemente como compuestos aromáticos policíclicos oxigenados y como vasorrelajante. Se puede utilizar como agente fluorescente, así como intermediario en la síntesis orgánica y en investigación química.

Solubilidad
Es soluble en agua (parcialmente), cloroformo, tolueno caliente, éter (ligeramente) y alcohol caliente.
