The Applied Biosystems MagMAX Dx Viral/Pathogen NA Isolation Kit is a magnetic-bead-based nucleic acid purification kit intended for the isolation and purification of viral and bacterial nucleic acid from respiratory biological specimens for downstream qPCR applications.
Features of the MagMAX Dx Viral/Pathogen NA Isolation Kit include:
• For in vitro diagnostic use. This product is US-IVD and CE-IVD compliant.
• Single purification protocol for routinely tested respiratory pathogens without the need for additional lysis
• Ability to purify various sample types on a single plate
• Sustainable product with biodegradable ingredients and responsibly-sourced packaging
• Automation protocol that allows for 96 samples to be processed on the KingFisher Apex Dx Purification instrument with ∼30-minute run time
The kit is intended for use by qualified and trained clinical laboratory personnel specifically instructed and trained in the techniques of automated magnetic-bead purification and in vitro diagnostic procedures.
