Descripción
Isobutyramide plays an important role in chemical grafting of human serum albumin during the synthesis of sequentially assembled protein capsules. It is used in pharmaceutical manufacturing and in cellular differentiation. It finds application in the transcription of human gamma-globin gene and murine embryonic epsilon(y)-globin gene. Further, it is in the treatment of beta-thalassemia and sickle cell disease.

AplicacionesLa isobutiramida desempeña una importante función en el injerto químico de albúmina sérica humana durante la síntesis de cápsulas de proteínas montadas secuencialmente. Se utiliza en fabricación farmacéutica y en diferenciación celular. Se aplica en la transcripción del gen humano de la gamma-globina y el gen embrionario murino de la epsilon(i)-globina. Además, forma parte del tratamiento de la beta-talasemia y la drepanocitosis.
