The sequence of this peptide is (amino to carboxy terminus): H26-K-F-S-V-S-G-E-G-E-G-D-A-T39- (C) (A C-terminal cysteine residue was added to facilitate coupling KLH).This peptide may be used for neutralization and control experiments with the polyclonal antibody that reacts with this product and human prion protein, catalog # PA1-980.
