AplicacionesEl nitrato de cobre(II) hemi(pentahidrato) se utiliza para el acoplamiento oxidativo catalítico de 2,6-dimetilfenol para producir un polímero que es un importante material de ingeniería. Sus soluciones se utilizan en textiles y agentes de pulido para otros metales. Se utiliza comúnmente en laboratorios escolares para demostrar las reacciones químicas de las células voltaicas.
