Polyclonal anti-CFCFL antibody (11074-2-AP) is produced by immunizing animals with part of C-terminal chain of CTCFL and detects a 75 kDa and a 55 kDa band.
CTCFL is a paralog of CTCF and appears to be expressed primarily in the cytoplasm of spermatocytes. CTCFL is normally expressed in a mutually exclusive pattern that correlates with resetting of methylation marks during male germ cell differentiation.Especificaciones
