Descripción
This antibody is predicted to react with mouse, porcine and rat based on sequence homology. This antibody is tested in Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 16,000. Preliminary analysis showed no signal in Western Blot.
Plays a role in tyrosine phosphorylation of CBL by linking CBL to the insulin receptor. Required for insulin-stimulated glucose transport. Involved in formation of actin stress fibers and focal adhesions.
