The Human Prokineticin R1/PROKR1 (NP_620414) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for Prokineticin R1/PROKR1, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The Prokineticin R1/PROKR1 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
