Simple Workflow
QuantStudio™ Digital PCR Plates are delivered pre-treated with hydrophilic and hydrophobic coatings to accept your own TaqMan™ assays. Simply combine the assays with sample and master mix, load onto the QuantStudio™ plate, seal, cycle, and image. The QuantStudio™ 12K Flex System's simple workflow enables one person to generate over 48,000 digital data points in one day without the use of additional robotics.
Flexible Formats
Each QuantStudio™ Digital PCR Plate contains 3,072 through-holes arranged in 48 subarrays of 64 through-holes each. The OpenArray™ AccuFill™ System and open plate format enables the loading of anywhere between one and 48 samples or sample dilutions per plate dependent upon experimental needs.
