  • The peptide from New York esophageal squamous cell carcinoma-1 is synthesized as it is presented by the MHC class I HLA-A*0201 allele and can be used for targeted in vitro generation and expansion of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells.
  • The peptides were purified by HPLC using a water and acetonitrile gradient and are endotoxin-free.
