Imidazoquinoline Resiquimod (R-848), TLR7 and TLR8 ligand is a low molecular weight synthetic molecule of the Imidazoquinoline family. It has potent immunostimulatory activity. It stimulates antibody secretion, cytokine production, protection from apoptosis and CD80 up-regulation.
