PA1-24950 detects MYO9B from rat samples. PA1-24950 is expected to cross react with mouse and human due to sequence homology. PA1-24950 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. The PA1-24950 immunogen is a synthetic peptide, conjugated to KLH, corresponding to residues 1960-1980 of rat MYO9B. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
