Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

MA5-12178 targets Mucin 5AC in IHC (P) and ICC/IF applications and shows reactivity with Chicken, Feline, Human, mouse, Non-human primate, Porcine, Rabbit, Rodent, and Rat samples. The MA5-12178 immunogen is m1 mucin preparation from the fluid of an ovarian mucinous cyst belonging to an O Le(a-b-) patient.

The antibody 2-25LE reacts with Lewisb blood group antigen, a carbohydrate determinant carried on both glycolipids and glycoproteins, detected on erythrocytes, certain epithelial cells, and in secretions of certain individuals.
