The LanthaScreen™ Tb-anti-Histone H3K27me3 antibody is a key component of the BacMam Histone H3K27me3 Cellullar Assay (A14159).

  • The LanthaScreen™ Tb-anti-Histone H3K27me3 antibody is a key component of the BacMam Histone H3K27me3 Cellullar Assay (A14159)
  • When this terbium (Tb)- labeled antibody is paired with baculovirus-mediated (BacMam) expression of a Histone H3-GFP fusion protein, the TR-FRET readout enables sensitive detection of H3 lysine 27 trimethylation
  • The resulting high-throughput screening (HTS) compatible assay can be used to identify inhibitors of methyltransferases and demethylases acting on lysine 27 of histone H3
  • For research use only
