Eu-anti-GFP Gives You the Benefits of Indirect Labeling

LanthaScreen™ Europium-labeled anti-GFP antibodies can be used for indirect labeling of proteins tagged with GFP. This can be advantageous when working with partially purified protein, or in cases in which direct labeling of the protein negatively impacts protein activity.

Use Eu-anti-GFP Antibody in the Highly Specific LanthaScreen™ Eu Kinase Binding Assay

When LanthaScreen™ Eu-anti-GFP Antibody is used in the LanthaScreen™ Eu Kinase Binding Assay, any signal is the result of a specific interaction of the Eu-anti-GFP antibody with the kinase of interest. Other kinases or phosphatases present without tag or with a different tag produce no signal. Unlike activity assays, the kinase binding assay can be performed with either active or non-active kinase preparations, making it ideal for detection of Type II inhibitors.
