Invitrogen™ Human EGF ELISA Kits

These human EGF ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to achieve sensitive and accurate measurement of epidermal growth factor (EGF, also called URG, HOMG4) in samples at 50 to 100μL per well. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kits contain precoated 96-well strip plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents. The economically-priced reagent kit provides validated reagents only, requiring users to coat their own plates. The antibody-pair kit consists of the matched EGF antibody pairs and EGF standard only. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability.
