All metal sealed construction to IP65. Rubber handgrip for easy handling

Hand held refractometers manufactured to the highest specification using only the best materials and optical components. Sealed against the ingress of water, they can be used in the harshest of environments including cold storage facilities and wet production halls. The large body housing and rubber hand grip make the instrument easy to handle. A number of special scales are available for general use and special models are available, such as the low volume versions which facilitate measurement of samples of less than 1μL, used by botanists and zoologists for measuring nectar.
