DL-Panthenol is used in enantiospecific HPLC separation of pantothenic acid, panthenol and pantolactone enantiomers. It promotes stimulation of epithelization, granulation, mitigation of itching and has an anti-inflammatory effect. It is effective for moisturization, improvement of hair structure and adding luster and sheen to the hair.

El DL-pantenol se utiliza en la separación HPLC enantioespecífica del ácido pantoténico, pantenol y enantiómeros de pantolactona. Promueve la estimulación de la epiteliación y la formación de tejido granular, alivia el picor y presenta un efecto antinflamatorio. Es eficaz para hidratar, mejorar la estructura del cabello y añadir brillo y lustre al cabello.
