Coated with a particle grabbing adhesive and constructed of layers of LDPE film. Purus International Clean Room Matting is produced in an ISO 9000 factory. A consistent coat weight of adhesive yields a higher performance without excessive tack issues.

  • Completely integrated manufacturing process with film extrusion, coating, laminating, and converting ensures consistent quality
  • Consistent coat weight of adhesive yields higher performing mat without excessive tack issues
  • Correct softness enables dirt to embed into the adhesive with just enough thickness to accept and contain particles
  • Mats are fully coated with particle grabbing adhesive
  • Constructed of 1.4mil LDPE
  • Available in 30 or 60 layer versions
  • Low profile numbered tab indicates the number of remaining layers and ensures one-layer-at-a-time removal
  • Acrylic adhesive
  • Heat resistance up to 70°C for 48 hours
  • Products in ISO 9000 facilities
