This antibody shares 85% sequence homology with rat. Suggested positive control: Hela whole cell extract, antigen standard for CDR2 (transient overexpression lysate).
Using anti-Yo antibodies, three genes have been cloned (CDR 1-3). CDR2 suppresses the transcriptional activity and DNA binding of nuclear factor-kappa B by an unknown mechanism. The neuron specific expression of CDR2 is regulated by a post-transcriptional mechanism.
