Thermo Scientific™ CaptureSelect™ Biotin Anti-CD81 Conjugate

This conjugate allows you to detect, quantitate, and characterize CD81-expressing extracellular vesicles (EVs) like exosomes. Together with CaptureSelect HRP Anti-CD81 Conjugate (Cat. No. 7303982100), a sandwich ELISA can be set up to detect and quantitate CD81 expressing EVs.

Applications for CaptureSelect Biotin Anti-CD81 Conjugate include sandwich ELISA, Gyrolab™-based immunoassays, immunoprecipitation, and sample prep purification using streptavidin-coupled Dynabeads or MSIA Streptavidin D.A.R.T.S and label-free detection platforms such as those based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and bio-layer interferometry (BLI). Animal origin statement

CaptureSelect products contain affinity ligands based on recombinant single-domain antibody fragments (VHH) created by a proprietary technology. The VHH affinity ligand is a 12–15 kDa fragment comprising the three complementarity-determining regions (CDRs) that form the antigen-binding domain, efficiently produced in yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae by a production process free of any animal components (Animal Origin-Free).
