PA1-73133 has been successfully used in immunofluorescence applications. The PA1-73133 antibody was raised against whole C. jejuni cells; ATCC strain 29428. Recommended short term storage, up to 6 months, is liquid at 4°C. For longer term storage, aliquot and freeze.
Campylobacter jejuni is a species of curved, long rod-shaped, Gram-negative microaerophilic, bacteria commonly found in animal feces. It is one of the most common causes of human gastroenteritis in the world. C. jejuni is commonly associated with poultry and naturally colonizes the G1 tract of many bird species.
