Antimony(III) oxide is used as a catalyst, vulcanization of rubber, an opacifying agent for glasses, ceramics and enamels. It is used as a flame retardant.

El óxido de antimonio(III) se utiliza como catalizador, en la vulcanización de caucho, como agente opacificante para gafas, material de cerámica y esmaltes. Se utiliza como pirorretardante.
