The ROR gamma (t) [del. 5-8] Plasmid is a mammalian expression vector construct, pCMV/hRORgamma (t) [del. 5-8], containing coding sequence of a novel isoform of human RAR-related orphan receptor gamma (t) which lacks the hingeencoding exons 5 - 8 and represses IL-17A gene transcription1.
