Microesferas del calibrador de clasificación xMAP™ (CAL1)

xMAP™ Classification (CAL1) Calibrator microspheres, are polystyrene microspheres that are internally labeled with fluorescent dyes. They serve as system Calibrators for Luminex xMAP technology based detectors (such as Luminex 200™) and are intended to normalize the kittings for both classification channels (CL1, CL2), the doublet discriminator channel (DD).

The Luminex™ 200™ System is sold separately.

Las microesferas del calibrador de clasificación xMAP™ (CAL1) son microesferas de poliestireno etiquetadas internamente con colorantes fluorescentes. Sirven como calibradores de sistema para detectores basados en la tecnología Luminex xMAP (como Luminex 200™) y tienen como objetivo normalizar los kittings para ambos canales de clasificación (CL1, CL2), el canal discriminador de doble punto (DD).
