Description

Protein purification reagent Triethanolamine hydrochloride serves as a protein purification reagent, an emulsifier and a surfactant. It is used in the study of chemical cross linking of chloroplast coupling factor and acts as a medium for assaying adenosine diphosphate (ADP). It acts as an organic additive in the grinding of cement clinker and as a complexing agent for aluminum ions in aqueous solutions. It is used for the neutralization of fatty acids and adjusting buffer pH as well as utilized to dissolve oils.

Aplicaciones
El clorhidrato de trietanolamina —reactivo de purificación de proteínas— sirve como reactivo de purificación de proteínas, emulsionante y surfactante. Se utiliza en el estudio del entrecruzamiento químico del factor de acoplamiento de cloroplasto y actúa como medio para analizar el difosfato de adenosina (ADP). Actúa como aditivo orgánico en el proceso de triturado de clínker de cemento y como agente complejante para iones de aluminio en soluciones acuosas. Se utiliza para la neutralización de los ácidos grasos y el ajuste del pH del tampón, así como para disolver aceites.
