Descripción

Sodium phosphonoformate hexahydrate acts as an antiviral agent and reverse transcriptase inhibitor. It is also used to inhibit viral DNA polymerase. Further, it is used as a type II Pi transporter inhibitor.

Aplicaciones
El fosfonoformiato de sodio hexahidrato actúa como agente antiviral e inhibidor de la transcriptasa inversa. También se utiliza para inhibir la ADN polimerasa viral. Además, se utiliza como inhibidor del transportador Pi de tipo II.
