Carvones are used in the food and flavor industry. It is also used in air freshening products. Oils containing carvones are used in aromatherapy and alternative medicine. In organic synthesis, it is used as a starting material for the synthesis of terpenoid quassin natural product.

Aplicaciones
Las carvonas se utilizan en la industria alimentaria y de aromas. También se usa en ambientadores. Los aceites que contienen carvonas se utilizan en aromaterapia y medicina alternativa.
