This reusable microplate lid is ideal for use with all ProcartaPlex Luminex protein assays.
This lid is included in all ProcartaPlex multiplex panel kits, species-specific basic kits, and as part of custom mix and match panels. For bulk orders, please contact your sales representative.
Note that the 96-well flat bottom plate (Cat. No. EPX-88182-000) is sold separately.
About ProcartaPlex assays for the Luminex platform
ProcartaPlex immunoassays are based on the principles of a sandwich ELISA, using two highly specific antibodies binding to different epitopes of one protein to detect and quantitate up to 80 protein targets simultaneously using a Luminex instrument. ProcartaPlex multiplex assays require as little as 25 μL of plasma or serum, or 50 μL of cell culture supernatant, and just four hours to obtain analyzed results.
