La resina a granel Oligo™ R3 es una microesfera polimérica rígida diseñada para la cromatografía de fase reversa de polinucleótidos y otras biomoléculas. La combinación de un tamaño de partícula de 30 μm, la resistencia al pH alto y la alta relación de fase hacen que la resina Oligo R3 sea particularmente adecuada para la purificación preparativa de oligonucleótidos y péptidos sintéticos. Oligo R3 bulk resin differs somewhat in selectivity from conventional silica-based, reversed-phase resins and is similar to high-carbon-loading through C18 supports. In addition, the complete lack of residual silanol activity may modify the selectivity of ionic species.
