Aplicaciones
o-El (1H-Benzotriazol-1-yl)-N,N,N′,N′-tetrametiluronio tetrafluoroborato se utiliza para la síntesis de péptidos en fase sólida. También se utiliza para estudiar diez diferentes reactivos de acoplamiento a base de sal de fosfonio y uronio, que se emplean para sintetizar cuatro péptidos.

Solubilidad
Soluble en acetonitrilo (100 mg/ml, transparente, incoloro), DMF (160,55 mg/ml, transparente) y agua (3 mg/ml a 20 °C).

Notas
Incompatible con agentes oxidantes. Almacenar en un lugar fresco. Mantener el recipiente bien cerrado en un lugar seco y bien ventilado. La temperatura de almacenamiento recomendada es de 2 a 8 °C. Sensible a la luz y la humedad. Almacenar en gas inerte.
