Descripción

O-(1H-Benzotriazol-1-yl)-N,N,N',N'-tetramethyluronium hexafluorophosphate is used as a coupling reagent for solid-phase peptide synthesis. It has been shown to effectively suppress racemization.

Aplicaciones
El hexafluorofosfato de O-(1H-benzotriazol-1-il)-N,N,N′,N′-tetrametiluronio se utiliza como reactivo de acoplamiento para la síntesis de péptidos en fase sólida. Se ha demostrado que suprime eficazmente la racemización.
