Description
NP40 Cell Lysis Buffer is suitable for the preparation of cell extracts to be analyzed by Antibody Bead Immunoassay (Luminex), ELISA, and Western blotting. It can also be used as a wash buffer for immunoprecipitation reactions.

NP40 es adecuado para la preparación de extractos celulares que se analizarán mediante inmunoensayos de gránulos de anticuerpos (Luminex), ensayos por inmunoabsorción ligados a enzimas (ELISA) e inmunotransferencia (Western blotting). También se puede utilizar como tampón de lavado para reacciones de inmunoprecipitación.

Notas
Este tampón contiene: 50 mM de Tris-HCl (pH 7,4), 150mM de NaCl, 1 % de NP-40 y 5 mM de EDTA. Para su uso, incube las células en 5 volúmenes de tampón sobre hielo durante 10–30 minutos.
