Description

 

Methoxylamine hydrochloride is used as a reagent in the preparation of O-methyl oximes from aldehydes. It is orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor with potential adjuvant activity. It is also used as internal standard for prostaglandin assays by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.

Aplicaciones
El clorhidrato de metoxilamina se utiliza como reactivo en la preparación de oximas de o-metilo a partir de aldehídos. Se trata de inhibidor biodisponible por vía oral de moléculas pequeñas con actividad adyuvante potencial. También se utiliza como estándar interno para ensayos de prostaglandinas mediante cromatografía de gases y espectrometría de masas.

Solubilidad
Soluble en agua, dimetilsulfóxido y metanol.

Notas
Higroscópico. Mantenga el recipiente bien cerrado en un lugar seco y bien ventilado. Incompatible con agentes oxidantes y anhídridos ácidos.
