This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • PIK3C3 phosphatidylinositol 3- kinase catalytic subunit type 3 [ Homo sapiens (human) ]
  • Also known as: VPS34; Vps34; hVps34
  • The VPS34 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
  • PIK3C3 is a catalytic subunit of the PI3K complex that mediates formation of phosphatidylinositol 3- phosphate.
  • Different complex forms are believed to play a role in multiple membrane trafficking pathways.
  • PI3KC3- C1 is involved in initiation of autophagosomes and PI3KC3- C2 in maturation of autophagosomes and endocytosis.
