DNase/RNase-Free Deionized Water is designed for use in all molecular biology applications and provided in a convenient 1-liter and 2-liter bottles.

Confidence in your applications

The water is 0.22-micron-filtered to remove bacteria, most viruses, and other particulates, making it suitable for preparation of growth media. Water quality is monitored with extensive testing for the presence of DNA/RNA nucleases, protease activity, and human and bacterial DNA.

DNase/RNase-Free Deionized Water is suitable for various molecular biology applications, including PCR, qPCR, cDNA synthesis, cloning, next-generation sequencing, nucleic acid extraction or storage, and research applications involving low amounts of nucleic acids. Additionally, it can be used for applications that are sensitive to the presence of ions, like solution or buffer preparation, mass spectrometry, and spectrophotometry.
