Sonda TaqMan™ personalizada

Custom TaqMan probes are dual-labeled primers suitable for use in any real-time PCR application. They incorporate a 5' reporter dye and a 3' nonfluorescent quencher/Minor Groove Binder (MGB). Choose from FAM, VIC, ABY, JUN, Cyanine 5, TET, and NED as reporters. Probes are HPLC-purified.

Las sondas TaqMan™ personalizadas son cebadores con doble etiqueta adecuados para su uso en cualquier aplicación de PCR en tiempo real. Incorporan un colorante marcador 5' y un supresor 3' no fluorescente/uniones al surco menor (MGB). Elija entre FAM™, VIC™, TET™ y NED™ como marcadores. Las sondas están purificadas por HPLC.
