CTS ACK (Ammonium-Chloride-Potassium) Lysing Buffer is used for the lysis of red blood cells in samples containing white blood cells, such as EDTA-treated whole blood, buffy coats, and bone marrow.

Gibco Cell Therapy Systems (CTS) ACK (Ammonium-Chloride-Potassium) Lysing Buffer is used for the lysis of red blood cells in samples containing white blood cells, such as EDTA-treated whole blood, buffy coats, and bone marrow. The complete formulation and lysis protocol are available.

Closed systems compatible
CTS ACK Lysing Buffer is available in bottle and bioprocess container formats. The bioprocess container chamber is constructed from Aegis 5-14 film and includes sterile, weldable PVC/C-Flex hybrid tubing with a female Luer lock, providing versatile connection options for integrating into a closed system manufacturing process.
