Polvo de biotina para la preparación del tampón de elución Strep-Tactin™XT

  • La biotina es una vitamina del complejo B soluble en agua, también conocida como vitamina B7 o vitamina H. Se une a las bolsas de unión de biotina de la estreptavidina, Strep-Tactin™ y Strep-Tactin™XT con diferentes afinidades.
  • Permite la elución eficaz de las proteínas de fusión Strep-tag™II o Twin-Strep-tag™ de Strep-Tactin™XT, manteniendo al mismo tiempo la reutilización de la resina.
  • Se puede utilizar para la preparación de tampón de elución Strep-Tactin™XT, tampón BXT.
  • Además, la biotina se puede utilizar para la elución de proteínas biotiniladas de Strep-Tactin™, donde se une irreversiblemente a la resina. La estrep-Tactina™ no se puede regenerar en este tipo de aplicación.
