Precursor de los reactivos fluorescentes de tipo cumarina

7-Methoxycoumarin-4-acetic acid is a precursor to coumarin-type fluorescent reagents. It has been uses as fluorescent probe in preparation of two novel LysB29 selectively labeled fluorescent derivatives of human insulin, in the preparation of cell-penetrating peptide transportan 10 (tp10) and as fluorescent label for peptides.

Aplicaciones
El ácido 7-metoxicumarina-4-acético es un precursor de los reactivos fluorescentes de tipo cumarina. Se ha utilizado como sonda fluorescente en la preparación de dos nuevos derivados de fluorescentes de insulina humana etiquetados selectivamente con LysB29, en la preparación del péptido de penetración celular transportan 10 (tp10) y como marcador fluorescente para los péptidos.

Solubilidad
Soluble en acetona y dimetilsulfóxido.
