Used as matrix for analysis of monosulfated disaccharides and as a co-matrix with 6-aza-2-thiothymidine for sulfated neutral and salivated tri-and tetrasaccharides. Reagent for preparing new fluorogenic AMC-based substrates for cystine amino peptidase (and other hydrolases). Also used as reference compound in the enzyme assay.

Aplicaciones
Se emplea como matriz para el análisis de disacáridos monosulfatados y como comatriz con 6-aza-2-tiotimidina para trisacáridos y tetrasacáridos sulfatados neutros y salivados. Reactivo para la preparación de nuevos sustratos fluorogénicos a base de AMC para la cistina amino peptidasa (y otras hidrolasas). También se utiliza como compuesto de referencia en el ensayo enzimático.

Solubilidad
Soluble en acetona (10 mg/ml), dimetilsulfóxido (10 mg/ml) y dimetilformamida.

Notas
Sensible a la luz, almacenar en la oscuridad. Se debe almacenar en un lugar fresco y seco en un recipiente bien cerrado. Almacénese lejos de los agentes oxidantes.
