6-Acetyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene, is used asa novel methyl anthranilate yet extremely stable and resistant to discoloration. It is used in liquid detergent, concentrated fabric softner, alcoholic fine fragrances, antiperspirants. It is also used as a pharmaceutical intermediate.

Aplicaciones
El 6-acetil-1,2,3,4-tetrahidronaftaleno se utiliza como nuevo antranilato de metilo, pero extremadamente estable y resistente a la decoloración. Se utiliza en detergente líquido, suavizante concentrado para la ropa, fragancias alcohólicas finas y antitranspirantes. También se utiliza como sustancia intermedia en la industria farmacéutica.
